Gone With the Wind online has been optimized for
use with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and above. Although
many other browsers will work with the site, we cannot
guarantee you will not encounter any visual or functional
errors. We recommend that you download and use the latest
version of Microsoft Internet Explorer so you can enjoy
all the capabilities of GWTW online.

How to track your order
Go to the "My
Account" area and
view your online orders. Find the tracking number and
ship method and write them down. Return to this page
and click on the link that applies to the shipper we
used for your order and enter your tracking number.
If you get a response of invalid tracking number, wait
for your package to get to the shippers hub for scanning,
at that time you should be able to start tracking the
package.

I need a receipt for my order
Unless specifically requested we do not ship invoices
with your order. You may print a receipt by going to
My Account and viewing
your order. Simply print a copy of the order there.
How long before my order is
processed?
Usually orders received before 2 pm are processed
the same day. You can check your current status on your
account. Shipping is done Monday through Friday. Orders
placed after 2 pm on Friday will probably not ship until
Monday.
UPS Ground shipping
UPS Ground is a good
choice for shipping, particularly for our US west coast
customers. The following map gives business days
in transit from Chico, CA.

Place your order, and then we can confirm the shipping
charges with you, we will NOT process your order until
we have your final approval, we will do our best to
keep your shipping cost down.
We will always try and find the least expensive way
to ship your order! Lowest cost is generally US Parcel
Post Airmail (7-10 days). Depending on the size of the
order Global Express Mail is available at a slightly
higher rate than Parcel Post and it allows you to track
your package, a feature not available with Parcel Post.
We have been experiencing
occasional delays, particularly on Canadian shipments
due to custom holds.
For faster service (2-3 days) we can also ship via FedEX
or DHL Express.
We do not ship to Mexico, or other countries
that do not permit insuring packages, via mail.
Most countries have a 42 inch length restriction for
packages delivered by mail. We will advise you if your
order is unable to ship via mail due to these restrictions.
International Shipping - duty,
customs and taxes
You are responsible for any custom fees, taxes or duties
that are applicable for merchandise entering your country.
GWTW does not prepay any fees other than
the actual shipping charges for your order.

. Be sure to include your name. We can send you your
username, however we cannot 'see' your password but
we can assign a new password.
