You send your order by email, but please do not include your
credit card information. Our online store is always open!

Sales Tax
One of the advantages of buying from us, if you live outside
the state of California, is that you pay NO sales tax.
Pricing Error
We reserved the right to correct any pricing errors, if
one should occur, we will contact you before shipping your
order
Return
We make it easy to return a product if you are not fully
satisfied with it. You may return any merchandise within 30
days from the time you received it. The merchandise must be
unused and in its original condition and packaging for a full
refund. We will pay the return shipping cost not to exceed
what we charged you on the original invoice.
(Please note: Custom one of the kind orders are not returnable,
but if a problem should arise we will do our best to remedy
the problem.)
Return FAQ's
Q: How do I return an item I purchased?
A: Contact us for a Return Authorization number. We
will then make arrangements to have the package picked up.
If your order was sent by mail, you would have to make the
trip to the post office to send the package back. We recommend
that you wrap the package securely and insure its contents
for their full value.
Q: If I return a product will I get credit for the
shipping charges I paid on the original invoice?
A: Yes, if the complete order is being returned we
will credit the full shipping charges that you paid and pay
for the return shipping (unused merchandise only).
Q: What if I want to send back just part of my order?
A: We will pay the shipping charges for the return,
but will not credit you for the original shipping charges.
Q: What if after using a product I do not like it
and want to return it?
A: We will allow this to take place within 7 days from
time of receipt. The used product must not be damaged and
returned complete. Please note that we do charge a 25 % service
charge on this type of return. Shipping charges on this type
of a return are non refundable.
Q: What if the product I used becomes defective after
the 7 day used product return policy?
A: This is a factory warranty return and we will pay
for the return shipping, and reship the product back to you
after the warranty repairs have been made. You will not be
billed for shipping.
Q: What is your return policy on international orders?
A: International Returns - Shipping or duty taxes paid,
are not refundable, but if a problem should occur we will
do our best to be as fair as possible. If any problems arise,
send an email to us, with an explanation and your order #.
